Accredited Training Academy is the official training and education division of Accredited Drug Testing, Inc., one of the nation’s leading providers of drug and alcohol testing, DOT testing services, training, and compliance consultation.
Who We Are
Accredited Training Academy (ATA) was established as a dedicated division of Accredited Drug Testing to deliver professional, compliance-driven education for the drug and alcohol testing industry.
As part of a nationally recognized drug testing organization, ATA training is built directly from real-world operational experience. Our courses reflect the realities of collection sites, employer programs, DER Responsibilities, DOT Regulations, laboratory Protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Our Team
James A. Greer- President/CEO: Jim Greer is the President & CEO of the Accredited Training Academy, and its parent company Accredited Drug Testing, Inc. Jim has been involved in the drug testing industry since 1992 and has served in various drug testing industry leadership roles including serving as the Chairman of the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA), a member of the Board of Directors of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA), Chairman of the NDASA non-profit foundation and he was the 2025 drug testing industry Hall of Fame inductee. He is considered an expert in the area of marketing strategies and has founded several successful multi-million-dollar companies.
John Burgos- Executive Vice President/COO: John Burgos is a certified CSAPA and NDASA Faculty Trainer. He has authored multiple industry training programs and has provided training for the drug testing industry both at National and International conferences and currently serves on the NDASA Training and Certification Committee and Board of Directors. He is considered an industry expert in the area of DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements and consults on a regular basis to drug and alcohol testing providers.
Sicilia Bonilla-Vice President of Operations: Sicilia currently oversees the coordination of all training programs, tracks student progress, supervises all ATA instructors and assists new ATA students with on boarding and curriculum related questions.
Patrice Kelly, JD-Regulatory & Business Consultant: Patrice Kelly is an attorney and is the former Director of Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance with the US Department of Transportation and is responsible for providing regulatory and compliance consultation regarding DOT part 40, other DOT agency regulations and ensuring that all ATA regulated training curriculum complies with HHS and DOT regulatory requirements. Ms. Kelly serves as a senior advisor to the Accredited Training Academy leadership team.
Yarimar Rosario- Student Account Relations Manager: Yari is responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new students, answering student inquiries, issuing program certifications, renewals and providing additional industry resources.
David Llorens- DOT Proficiency Mocks Coordinator: David oversees all student scheduling of DOT required proficiency mock demonstrations and conducts scheduled demonstrations Nationwide. David is a Qualified DOT collector and certified "Train the Trainer"
Jessica Casey-Assistant DOT Proficiency Mocks Coordinator: Jessica oversees all student scheduling of DOT required proficiency mock demonstrations and conducts scheduled demonstrations Nationwide. Jessica is a Qualified DOT collector and certified "Train the Trainer"
