Breath Alcohol Mock Testing – Initial Proficiency Demonstration
As part of becoming a qualified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) students must successfully complete an Initial Proficiency Demonstration following their qualification training. (These mocks are only for Lifeloc EV30 Device and the Phoenix 6.0 BT only)

What You’ll Complete
BAT Candidates: Perform 7 consecutive error-free mock alcohol tests
Each mock test simulates real-world testing scenarios using approved alcohol testing devices.
This comprehensive training program prepares individuals to become qualified Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT) for both DOT and Non-DOT testing environments. Participants will learn how to properly conduct alcohol testing using Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) devices while following strict 49 CFR Part 40 regulations.
The course includes required hands-on mock testing, where students demonstrate proficiency by completing consecutive error-free tests under live instructor evaluation ensuring full compliance before performing real-world testing.
